DOWNLOAD LINK GIVEN BELOW
Just put it in your Tekken 3 game folder & then open the game
Go to Archivo(file)
click on Configuracion(configuration)
click on tab Tarjetas de memoria(memory card)
click on ....(first browser) and
go to tekken3 folder select teken3 mmc you downloaded from here.
Apply it.
Then again go to Archivo click on Reiniciar(reset)...
